Burlingame Point is an office space and R&D campus located in San Francisco. Designed by Gensler, the project serves as a flagship center for Meta Reality Labs. Situated along the bay and four miles south of San Francisco International Airport, the development is one of the largest in San Francisco.
The design team sought to develop a commercial development workspace with human-centered design. Walkability and comfort were at the core of the development, epitomized by the waterfront Amenities Center. Gensler selected QC Facade’s QC300 aluminum honeycomb panel in C-Brite finish to highlight the center’s sawtooth facade. The panels capture the natural beauty of the shoreline, while also reflecting daylight into the interior.
